Materials and Finishes
With EDB, you have the ability to take any of our models and apply different finishes to obtain the style and look that you ideally want for your project. We will match existing structures or give you a "one-off" design to compliment your vision. We offer the ability to step away from our offered standard finishes and choose finishes that you feel would suit your project's overall desired look and feel. This is all done with our design team during your style and finish selection period.
Project Management
Our experienced personnel will follow your project daily and provide weekly logs. These logs incorporate notes on daily progress or observations, schedule and timeline evaluations, and project progress pictures. This ensures that we are able to track your build and provide you a portal in which you can also log in and see your progress at your leisure. This open book model provides you the comfort of seeing your project throughout and enjoy a site on-scene experience while being away. Our goal is to make you feel like part of our team, as we build your new home or project.
